Delete Your Tarhala (ترحالة) Account

Account Deletion

Users of Tarhala (ترحالة) can permanently delete their accounts directly from within the application by selecting the Delete Account option in their account or profile settings.

Account deletion removes the personal information associated with the account, including the user's name, phone number, saved favorites, likes, and other associated account data.

What Happens After Deletion?

• The Tarhala (ترحالة) account is permanently deleted.
• The account holder's name and phone number are deleted.
• Saved favorites associated with the account are deleted.
• Likes associated with the account are deleted.
• Rafidain Cloud does not retain backup copies of deleted account data.

Request Account Deletion Without the Application

If you no longer have access to Tarhala (ترحالة), or cannot delete your account through the application, you can contact Rafidain Cloud to request account deletion.

Send an email from your registered email address, if available, and include the phone number associated with your Tarhala account so your account can be identified and your request verified.
