2. About Tarhala
Tarhala is a tourism and discovery application designed to help users discover places, businesses, attractions, and experiences, primarily within Iraq.
Information displayed in the App may include information about third-party businesses and places. Tarhala does not necessarily own, operate, or represent every place or business displayed in the App.
3. User Accounts
Some features of Tarhala require an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities performed through your account.
4. Location-Based Features
Tarhala may use your device location to provide nearby discovery results.
Location information is used to request location-based results and is not stored as part of your account.
Location-based results may not always be complete, accurate, or available.
5. Places and Business Information
Tarhala may display information about restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts, farms, attractions, and other places.
Information such as names, addresses, descriptions, images, availability, prices, offers, opening hours, or other details may be provided by third parties or may change over time.
Users should verify important information directly with the relevant business before making decisions or visiting a location.
6. Favorites and Likes
Tarhala may allow registered users to save places as favorites or like places.
These actions are private to the user's account and are not publicly displayed to other Tarhala users.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Tarhala may provide links or integrations with third-party services, including navigation and mapping applications.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those services. Tarhala is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Tarhala for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
- Abuse, exploit, or manipulate application features.
- Use automated methods to access the service without permission.
- Attempt to access another user's account or information.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Tarhala application, its design, branding, logos, software, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to Rafidain Cloud and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Tarhala's proprietary content without permission.
10. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep Tarhala available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App when necessary.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your Tarhala account through the account settings available within the App.
Account deletion removes the personal information and account data associated with your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer
Tarhala provides discovery and informational services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, quality, or suitability of every place, business, service, offer, or information displayed through the App.
Any transaction, booking, purchase, visit, or interaction with a third-party business is between the user and that business unless explicitly stated otherwise.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tarhala and Rafidain Cloud shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the App or third-party services.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be changed accordingly.
Continued use of Tarhala after changes become effective means that you accept the updated terms.
